Returns and Refunds Policy
We understand the importance of making informed decisions when purchasing skincare. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, we kindly ask that you consider your choices carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
However, in the event that a product is deemed faulty or damaged, we are committed to providing a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Conditions for Returns
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.
- All returns must be in their original, unopened and unused condition unless deemed faulty.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, except in cases covered by consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
- Refund processing time is up to 30 days from receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Please use the most economical shipping method, typically regular post. We do not cover express shipping costs for returns.
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item. If the product is determined to be non faulty and does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Responsibility and Exclusions
- Customers are responsible for retrieving any items deemed unacceptable or returned outside the specified timeframe.
- We do not cover return shipping costs for items deemed unacceptable.
- We recommend using registered post to prevent loss during transit, as we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
- Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and it meets the above conditions or is confirmed faulty, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.
Warranty and Product Guarantee

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or faults in the formulation or packaging under normal and recommended use.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:

- Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or use not in accordance with provided instructions
- Normal variations in texture, colour, or fragrance that do not affect product performance
- Products used beyond their expiry date or recommended period after opening
Limitation of Liability
Lumiere’s liability for any breach of consumer guarantee is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected product, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
