Use the most economical shipping method, typically regular post. Please note that we do not cover express shipping costs for returns.
Upon receipt, our team will test the item. If it is determined to be non-faulty, we will return the item to you at our expense.
Note: Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once we receive and inspect your returned item (unless faulty), we will gladly proceed with a refund or exchange.
Lumiere Dermaceuticals (“Lumiere”) provides a standard one (1) year warranty (“Warranty Period”) on all equipment sold through our website.
Our warranty is in accordance with the rights and remedies provided under Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective parts or equipment, excluding damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or improper installation.
Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty for an additional fee.
